Immunohistochemical staining of human uterine cervix shows moderate to strong nuclear positivity in squamous epithelial cells.

Immunohistochemical staining of human glioma shows moderate to strong nuclear positivity in tumor cells.

Immunohistochemical staining of human cerebral cortex shows moderate nuclear positivity in neurons and glial cells.

Staining of human liver shows no positivity in hepatocytes as expected.
