A derivative of acetaminophen; not cytotoxic to isolated mouse hepatocytes (LC50 = >10 mM); induces necrosis and depletion of GSH in isolated human hepatocytes at 10 mM; does not induce hepatic necrosis in mice at 900 mg/kg
