Product Description:
A triterpenoid saponin with antioxidant and neuroprotective activities; scavenges peroxyl and peroxynitrite radicals in TOSC assays from 25-200 µM; reverses scopolamine-induced memory deficits, decreases in hippocampal ACh levels, increases in hippocampal IL-1β and IL-10 levels, and decreases in brain SOD and GSH levels in mice at 3, 6, and 12 mg/kg
