Product Description:
An AEBS ligand (Ki = 55.6 nM in rat liver microsomes); selective for the AEBS over the estrogen receptor at 10 µM; cytotoxic to S10 and MCF-7 cells (IC50s = 7.5 and 12 µM); inhibits antigen-induced histamine release in isolated rat mast cells (IC50 = 65-85 µM); decreases uterine size in immature oophorectomized rats; protects bone marrow progenitor cells from doxorubicin-induced cytotoxicity in mice at 4 mg/kg
