Product Description:
A polymethoxylated flavone with anticancer and anti-inflammatory activities; inhibits P-gp (IC50 = 4.2 µM); increases the cytotoxicity of paraquat in MDR1-MDCKII cells and paclitaxel in MX-1 and paclitaxel-resistant MX-1/T cells; inhibits the proliferation of A549, HL-60, MCF-7, and HO-8910 cells (IC50s = 23.6, 23.8, 15.1, and 12.5 µM, respectively); prevents PM2.5-induced decreases in cell viability and inhibits PM2.5-induced increases in IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6, and ROS in 16HBE bronchial epithelial cells at 80 µg/ml
