Product Description:
A β1-AR antagonist (Ki = 125 nM); selective for β1- over β2-ARs (Ki = 7,070 nM); decreases isoprenaline-induced tachycardia and diastolic hypotension in cats (ED50 = 0.09 mg/kg for both); inhibits ouabain-induced arrhythmias in rabbits at 12.5, 25, and 50 mg/kg; protects against chloroform-induced ventricular fibrillation in mice (ED50 = 0.067 mg/kg)
