Product Description:
An AhR agonist; binds to AhR in a radioligand binding assay using guinea pig hepatic cytosol and induces mRNA expression of CYP1A1 in isolated human PBMCs at 50 nM; inhibits 1,25-dihydroxy vitamin D3-induced differentiation and promotes all-trans retinoic acid-induced differentiation of HL-60 cells at 20 µM; decreases serum IgE levels and lung and BALF eosinophil infiltration in an ovalbumin-induced mouse model of allergic inflammation at 30 mg/kg; prevents retinal capillary degeneration in a mouse model of STZ-induced diabetic retinopathy at 30 mg/kg
