A phenyl alkanoic acid with diverse biological activities; active against A. flavus and A. ochraceus (MIC90s = 7.5 mg/ml for both); active against various plant pathogenic fungi (MIC90s = 3.75-7.5 mg/ml); improves egg laying production and eggshell strength in chickens at 0.3% w/w in the diet; serum levels are lower in patients with benign MS compared with patients without MS, patients with symptomatic MS, and patients with MS resistant to fingolimod
