Product Description:
An α-glucosidase inhibitor (IC50 = 0.7 µg/ml) and a prodrug form of castanospermine; reduces BVDV levels in a plaque formation assay (IC50 = 16 mM) and increases survival of MDBK infected with BVDV (IC50 = 47 µM); reduces viremia and increases survival of mice infected with a lethal dose of dengue virus at 50 mg/kg twice daily, i.p.
