Crinecerfont (SSR-125543) hydrochloride is a potent, orally active, non-peptide CRF1 receptor antagonist. Crinecerfont can be used for Classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) research[1]. Crinecerfont (hydrochloride) is a click chemistry reagent, itcontains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
