Bis-propargyl-PEG5 is a PEG-based PROTAC linker used in the synthesis of PROTACs. Bis-propargyl-PEG5 is used for the synthesis of carbohydrate receptors (SCRs) with anti-Zika activity[1]. Bis-propargyl-PEG5 is a click chemistry reagent, itcontains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
