Fresh human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from whole human blood in sodium heparin - male donor - ambient overnight delivery

Fresh human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) isolated via Ficoll density gradient separation from 333 ml whole blood from a male donor collected in Vacuettes containing sodium heparin anticoagulant. Blood comes from a healthy donor aged between 18-66. Donors are screened and tested negative for HIV, Hepatitis B and C and Syphilis, and isolated PBMCs are batch tested negative for bacteria and Mycoplasma via PCR. The PBMCs are stored and shipped under ambient conditions and are shipped overnight to arrive the day after collection. PBMC number varies significantly from donor to donor. Therefore, our PBMC sizing is described in relation to the volume of fresh blood from which the PBMCs are isolated from. This product contains between 111 - 370 million PBMCs and is delivered in a 50 ml falcon tube containing Dulbecco's medium. These products are for use in Biomedical Research only. They are not to be used for any form of human treatment, or for any purpose that is prohibited by law, including any use for human reproductive cloning. We aim to deliver next day delivery orders received before 2 pm on the fourth working day after order receipt. Delivery at a later date can be arranged by clearly stating the required delivery date on your Purchase Order.
