Human FGL1, also known as fibrinogen Like 1, liver fibrinogen-related protein 1, fibrinogen-like protein 1, or hepassocin, GenBank Accession No. NM_004467, a.a. 23-312 fused at the C terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1 followed by a C-terminal Avi™-tag and expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW=63 kDa. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-Tag technology.
