Human Plk3 (GenBank Accession No. NM_004073), (a.a. 58-339) with N-terminal His-tag, MW=36.7 kDa, expressed in a Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system. Source: Baculovirus infected Sf9 cells Purity:≥80% by SDS-PAGE. Specific Activity: 500 U/mg. One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will phosphorylate 1 nmol of casein substrate per minute at pH 7.4 and 30°C.
