Product Description:

Immunohistochemistry: Bouin's fixed paraffin-embedded backskin sections of transgenic mice- muscle, and hair follicle stained with ARG20520 anti-CaMKII phospho (Thr286) antibody [22B1].

Immunofluorescence: Rat hippocampal neurons stained with ARG20520 anti-CaMKII phospho (Thr286) antibody [22B1].

Immunohistochemistry: Formalin-fixed Human colon carcinoma stained with ARG20520 anti-CaMKII phospho (Thr286) antibody [22B1] at 1:5000 for 12 hours at 4°C. Secondary antibody: Biotin Goat anti-Mouse at 1:2000 for 1 hour at RT. Counterstain: Mayer Hematoxylin (purple/blue) nuclear stain at 200 µl for 2 min at RT. Magnification: 40x.

Western blot: Rat brain lysate stained with ARG20520 anti-CaMKII phospho (Thr286) antibody [22B1].

Western blot: 1) Ventricles lysate from 14-Day-Old normal Mouse, 2) Ventricles lysate from 14-Day-Old CaM overexpressing transgenic Mouse line 2295, 3) Ventricles lysate from 14-Day-Old CaM-8 (mutant CaM) expressing transgenic Mouse line 4466, stained with ARG20520 anti-CaMKII phospho (Thr286) antibody [22B1].
