ELISA: The plate was coated with purified Mouse IgGκ, IgMκ, IgAκ, IgGλ, IgMλ, and IgAλ. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted ARG21553 Goat anti-Mouse Kappa Light Chain antibody (Biotin) (pre-adsorbed) followed by ARG23912 Streptavidin (HRP).
