Frozen human CD3+ gamma delta T cells - female donor
Frozen human CD3+ gamma delta T cell isolated via negative immunomagnetic separation technique from human leukopheresate collected in acid citrate dextrose, solution A (ACD-A). Leukopheresate comes from a healthy female donor aged between 18-66. Donors are screened and tested negative for HIV, Hepatitis B and C, HTLV I & II and Syphilis. CD3+ gamma delta T cell are cryopreserved in CryoStor® CS10 medium using a controlled rate freezing method. This product contains 1 million cells at a concentration of 1 million cells/mL with a post-thaw viability >90% and purity >85%. This product has been batch-tested negative for bacteria, Mycoplasma and Fungi by qPCR. These products are for use in Biomedical Research only. They are not to be used for any form of human treatment, or for any purpose that is prohibited by law, including any use for human reproductive cloning.
