Product Description:
A thiazide-like diuretic; inhibits the Na+/Cl- cotransporter (IC50 = 0.3 µM for the rat transporter) and CAVII, CAXII, and CAXIII (Kis = 2.1, 5.4, and 15 nM, respectively); induces fluid loss and enhances captopril-induced decreases in blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats at 0.3 and 1 mg/kg
