Product Description:
A prodrug of Combrestatin A4; inhibits tumor growth P-388, SK-N-SH, BXPC-3, NCI-H460, and DU-145 cells (ED50s = 2.9, 0.25, 230, 0.35, and 0.72 ng/ml, respectively); targets the tumor vasculature; disrupts tumor blood flow within 6 hours after administration without affecting normal tissues in a rat model of carcinosarcoma at 100 mg/kg, i.p.
