Positive Control: HeLa cells were treated with Nocodazole at 37°C for 20 hours. Cells were solubilzed at 4 x 10^7 cells/ml in Cell Lysate Buffer. Serial dilutions of lysates were analyzed in this ELISA (see Reagent Preparation step 4).

Nocodazole Stimulation of HeLa Cell Lines: HeLa cells were untreated or treated with Nocodazole for 20 hours. Cell lysates were analyzed using this phosphoELISA and Western Blot.
