Product Description:
A lignan with diverse biological activities; reduces LPS-induced production of NO and PGE2 in RAW 264.7 cells; cytotoxic to colon 26 cancer cells (LC50 = 9 µg/ml); increases the lifespan of C. elegans at 100 µM; reduces oxaliplatin-induced neurotoxicity in neural PC12 cells at 0.4, 2, and 10 µM; topical administration reduces ear thickness and mast cell infiltration, as well as serum IgE levels, in a mouse model of dust mite-induced atopic dermatitis at 50 µg/ear
