Product Description:
An NSAID and selective COX-2 inhibitor (IC50s = 0.63 and 23 µM for COX-2 and COX-1, respectively); increases weight bearing and decreases lameness and joint effusion in a canine model of urate crystal-induced intraarticular synovitis; induces less lesion formation in the gastric mucosa of healthy canines than aspirin at 1.5 mg/kg
