DNA2 inhibitor C5 inhibits nuclease, DNA dependent ATPase, helicase, and DNA binding activities of DNA2. DNA2 inhibitor C5 is a promising lead compound to develop sensitizers for cancer chemotherapeutics that cause replication stress[1].
