Product Description:
An SGK1 inhibitor (IC50 = 600 nM); selective for SGK1 over c-Src and Abl kinases at 12.5 µM; is cytotoxic to MCF-7, A172, and RKO cell lines at 12.5 µM; reduces tumor volume, tumor weight, and SGK1 protein levels in a PDX mouse model of ovarian cancer at 9.3 mg/kg in combination with paclitaxel; active against S. aureus and E. coli at 100 µg/ml
