A JAK3 inhibitor (IC50 = 11 µM); inhibits FcεRI-mediated LTC4 and LTB4 release from, and 5-LO translocation to the membrane in, RBL-2H3 mast cells at 10 µM; reduces airway hyperresponsiveness and BALF eosinophil infiltration in a mouse model of ovalbumin-induced allergic asthma at 12 and 40 mg/kg
