An inhibitor of FSP1 (IC50 = 313 nM); selective for FSP1 over NQO1 (IC50 = >100 µM); induces cell death in GPX4-/- H460 cells (EC50 = 69.36 nM); sensitizes various cancer cells to (1S,3R)-RSL3-induced ferroptosis from 10-1,000 nM; sensitizes H460Cas9 cells to dihydroartemisinin- or FINO2-induced cell death
