A second-generation analog of (R)-roscovitine that inhibits Cdk1, 2, 5, and 9 (IC50s = 0.09, 0.072-0.041, 0.11, and 0.18 µM, respectively) with improved potency over its parent compound; also inhibits CK1δ/ε (IC50 = 0.40 µM) and GSK-3α/β (IC50 = 12 µM)
