BZiPAR (Rhodamine 110, bis-(N-CBZ-L-isoleucyl-L-prolyl-L-arginine amide), dihydrochloride) is a substrate for trypsin. The substrate has been reported to enter live cells and be hydrolyzed by lysosomal proteases.
